Joe Gall
- Owner, Chief Executive Officer
Chicago natives, Joe & Elmer, started Gall
Excavation in 1996, after several years of
working side-by-side in a variety of jobs.
Joe has dedicated his life to his family and
his business. He & Joey blended six children
in 2009, and have strived to instill a
strong work ethic in each of them. Joe’s
forward-thinking ideas and faith have helped
propel the company into a competitive
fixture in the Northwest Arkansas community.
One of his favorite quotes is, “Great
leaders don’t set out to be a leader…they
set out to make a difference. It’s never
about the role, but always about the goal.”
In his spare time, Joe is an avid sports
fan, cheering on his kids’ school teams, the
Bears, and the Cubs every chance he gets.
Pat
Sheetz, President
Pat grew up in northern Illinois, where he
received a B.S. in Economics from a small
liberal arts college. This is where he met
his future wife. Anne is an Arkansas native,
which brought him to Rogers. He and Anne
have one son. With a degree in accounting,
and several years in the construction field,
Pat brings 25 years of commercial and
residential experience to Gall Excavation.
His favorite way to spend his spare time is
with his wife and riding his Harley!
Warren
Fyfe - Chief Financial Officer
Warren was born in South Africa and
immigrated to the United States in 1999. He
still has a pronounced accent, and is often
accused of being from Australia or
Boston….which he takes in good spirit. In
2000, he married Michelle, a Rogers native.
Warren brought his love of rugby with him to
the States, and in his spare time, he
coaches the University of Arkansas Men’s
Rugby team. (Go Hogs!) Warren joined the
Gall team in 2012, and has used his 20+
years of organizational and human resource
management to implement business practices
and policies that have sparked tremendous
growth at Gall Excavation. The pillars of
customer service, effective communication,
sound financial management, and a firm
belief in the application of LEAN principles
to improve efficiency, has enabled Gall
Excavation to grow from a small-scale
operation of six employees to a thriving
small business of 28...and counting. Our
possibilities for the future are unlimited.

Erik
Perez, Dispatch/Sales Assistant
Erik was born in Mexico, but moved to the
U.S. at age two. His family first moved to
Dallas, Texas, where he lived until
kindergarten. His family then moved to
Rogers to be closer to family. In 2013, Erik
graduated from Rogers High School. His love
of music ranges from Hip-Hop to Classic
Rock, and he enjoys spending time with his
family. Erik brought the gift of being
bilingual to Gall Excavation, speaking both
English and Spanish fluently. This has been
a much-needed asset in helping with
translating and receiving phone calls.
Erik’s eagerness and positive disposition
has brought a wonderful addition to the Gall
Team.
Joey
Gall - Social Media Director
Joey, a fourth-generation Rogers native, has
been employed as an educator with Rogers
Public Schools since 1991. Since her
marriage to Joe in 2009, she has had the
honor to stand alongside him as Gall
Excavation continues to grow by leaps and
bounds. She joined the Gall Team in 2016 to
assist with the website, advertising, events
and social media. In her spare time, Joey
enjoys spending time with family and
friends, running a local non-profit (Healing
Hands of Mercy Massage Foundation), and
working in her greenhouse, flower beds, and
pool area.
