Providing Commercial and Residential Excavation Services throughout Northwest Arkansas

Joe Gall - Owner, President
Chicago natives, Joe & Elmer, started Gall Excavation in 1996, after several years of working side-by-side in a variety of jobs. Joe has dedicated his life to his family and his business. He & Joey blended six children in 2009, and have strived to instill a strong work ethic in each of them. Joe’s forward-thinking ideas and faith have helped propel the company into a competitive fixture in the Northwest Arkansas community. One of his favorite quotes is, “Great leaders don’t set out to be a leader…they set out to make a difference. It’s never about the role, but always about the goal.” In his spare time, Joe is an avid sports fan, cheering on his kids’ school teams, the Bears, and the Cubs every chance he gets.

Pat Sheetz, Director of Operations
Pat grew up in northern Illinois, where he received a B.S. in Economics from a small liberal arts college. This is where he met his future wife. Anne is an Arkansas native, which brought him to Rogers. He and Anne have one son. With a degree in accounting, and several years in the construction field, Pat brings 25 years of commercial and residential experience to Gall Excavation. His favorite way to spend his spare time is with his wife and riding his Harley!

Warren Fyfe - Business Operations Manager
Warren was born in South Africa and immigrated to the United States in 1999. He still has a pronounced accent, and is often accused of being from Australia or Boston….which he takes in good spirit. In 2000, he married Michelle, a Rogers native. Warren brought his love of rugby with him to the States, and in his spare time, he coaches the University of Arkansas Men’s Rugby team. (Go Hogs!) Warren joined the Gall team in 2012, and has used his 20+ years of organizational and human resource management to implement business practices and policies that have sparked tremendous growth at Gall Excavation. The pillars of customer service, effective communication, sound financial management, and a firm belief in the application of LEAN principles to improve efficiency, has enabled Gall Excavation to grow from a small-scale operation of six employees to a thriving small business of 28...and counting. Our possibilities for the future are unlimited. Go Team Gall!

LaVeta Key, Director of Human Resources
LaVeta was the fourth baby born at the new Bates Hospital in Bentonville. She grew up all over the central United States from Indiana to New Mexico (and everywhere in between), then finally back to Arkansas when she was in high school. She became a licensed real estate broker in1989 and has seen all of the changes Northwest Arkansas has brought forth. LaVeta and her husband, Scott, went to school together in Gravette. They celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary in 2017; have three sons, two daughters-in-law, and five spectacular grandchildren! They own a small 80-acre farm that LaVeta refers to as "my own little hidden piece of heaven". LaVeta brings over 30 years of real estate and business knowledge to the Gall Team in her HR role.

Brent Ingram, Account Manager & Sales
With 10+ years of fast-paced, high-profile entertainment account management experience, Brent was a perfect fit for our Account Manager position when it was time to relocate back home to be close to family. More recently, Brent has ventured into our sales department, where he’s meeting with customers and working directly with job sites. When Brent steps away from his responsibilities at Gall, he indulges his love of being outdoors by golfing, fishing, and reminding all of his friends how great it is to have him back in Arkansas! He and his fiance, Marcia, have acclimated well from spending several years living and working in Las Vegas.

Erik Perez, Sales Assistant
Erik was born in Mexico, but moved to the U.S. at age two. His family first moved to Dallas, Texas, where he lived until kindergarten. His family then moved to Rogers to be closer to family. In 2013, Erik graduated from Rogers High School. His love of music ranges from Hip-Hop to Classic Rock, and he enjoys spending time with his family. Erik brought the gift of being bilingual to Gall Excavation, speaking both English and Spanish fluently. This has been a much-needed asset in helping with translating and receiving phone calls. Erik’s eagerness and positive disposition has brought a wonderful addition to the Gall Team.

Nicole Dagit, Administrative Assistant
Nicole, a Rogers native, grew up on Beaver Lake. She graduated from Rogers Heritage High School in 2012. She then earned an Associate of Arts degree, and would like to continue her education. Her hobbies include water sports, hiking, shooting and fishing. Nicole married Jeremiah in 2015, and they moved to the middle of the desert in California. This is where they adopted their “fur child”, Webster. Living in California was a great experience, and she hopes to continue seeing more of the country. Currently, she’s happy to be back home with family again. Nicole brings a friendly presence, great personality and eagerness to the front office while assisting others, greeting customers and answering the phone calls for Gall Excavation.

Bobby Ullom, Maintenance Manager
Born and raised in northwest Arkansas, Bobby loves fishing, camping, having friends over to BBQ. He also enjoys being a husband to Bobbie Jo and a dad to five children. He has been around truck and heavy equipment his entire life, and he is still amazed by the power of machinery. Bobby has been a dedicated part of the Gall Team since 2012, and operations would not be possible without Bobby doing what he does every day to keep men and machines on the road each and every day.

Wes Nimmo, Safety/Maintenance Manager
Wes is the proud father of two beautiful girls. He was born in Texas, but his family came to their senses, and he was raised in Arkansas! He graduated from Fayetteville High School in 96’ then promptly joined the Air Force. While enlisted, he proudly served our country and enjoyed his travels around the world for 20 years and 26 days as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Craftsman and Crew Chief aboard NAOC...from Norway to Saudi Arabia. After his retirement from the military in 2017, Wes moved back to Arkansas. He started a new career with Gall Excavation, where they quickly put his expertise to work. In his spare time, Wes loves everything outdoors and working on restoring his 75’ FJ55.

Don Gully - Environmental & Safety Specialist
Born in Detroit, Don and his family made stops in Mississippi and back to Michigan before moving to Rogers in 1958. They were one of the original families to come to the area with Daisy Manufacturing. He worked at Daisy for 9 ½ years, specialized with Lemke Grocery, and was with Able Plumbing until 1993. He later set up displays as a Supervisor for Wal-Mart until 2008, when he became an Appallo Lead Supervisor. Don married Donna in 2012, and he has been a dedicated employee with Gall Excavation since 2015. His organizational skills, pleasant disposition, and frequent deliveries to job sites make him a valuable asset in the daily operations. Don’s hobbies include spending time with his wife and family and working in his shop.

Avalee Fukar, Office Assistant
A Chicago native (Go Cubbies!) who moved to the northwest Arkansas area in 1989, “Av”, has the longest tenure with the Gall Team. She started with Elmer and Joe Gall in 2004 as a “cow watcher” who opened the pasture gate for drivers coming in and out while dumping material. She quickly moved to an assistant position running errands and answering phones, and she lovingly refers to herself as the “Go-fer Do-fer”. Avalee is a proud mother and grandmother...with four children, seven grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren!

Joey Gall - Communications Director
Joey, a fourth-generation Rogers native, has been employed as an educator with Rogers Public Schools since 1991. Since her marriage to Joe in 2009, she has had the honor to stand alongside him as Gall Excavation continues to grow by leaps and bounds. She joined the Gall Team in 2016 to assist with the website, advertising, events and social media. In her spare time, Joey enjoys spending time with family and friends, running a local non-profit (Healing Hands of Mercy Massage Foundation), and working in her greenhouse, flower beds, and pool area.
